Re-Vamping the blog

If you happen to stop in today and see my page messed up, I'm making some changes to the way the template is displayed. This page is currently in the works of a make-over. :-) I had it the way I wanted, then had to mess and I can't get it back to how I want it. BOO ME! I'll figure it out. Where do my days go?

That is a question I find myself asking a lot of..."Where do my days go?" I am a mother of three wonderful children, and a wife. I think that explains it. I stay very busy. However, it's Monday morning and everyone is off to work and school. I have some time to blog and finish up my crochet projects I'm working on. I LOVE the way my page is looking. It didn't take me too long to figure this out. Once I get started on something, I want to finish it!! I bet a lot of you are like that. Who likes to start something and not be able to finish? Not I! I like to stay focused.

I have had many hobbies in my life--crochet is one of my favorites. It took a long, long time for me to get pattern reading down, I almost gave up! However, I decided to hang in there. I kept trying and trying. This is something I really wanted to master and learn. After a lot of practice--I finally got it. Now I can read any pattern and make what I want. I'm so greatful that I can do this without the frustration that I use to have. I can't wait until I start teaching others how to crochet. For the slower ones who needed a lot of patience and help--I know different ways of teaching them how to do this. I'm sure others will pick it up like nothing. I wish I was like that. :-) I want to add video's to my blog teaching you stitches. That will come later when I figure that one out.

I'm SO excited!

I just want to say how proud I am of myself! I love the way my blog is looking. Now let's hope I can get a ton of followers. What is everyone working on today? I need to finish up a monster hat for my son. I love that the weather is getting colder. Perfect time to curl up with some yarn and hooks. Happy Crocheting everyone.

I am new to this whole blogging thing. I have no idea what I'm doing right now, but will learn quickly I'm sure. My main thing is to figure out how to get cute backgrounds. Hmmm, will have to work on that when I have some more time. My whole reason for starting this blog, is to be able to share what I'm doing with the "Bloggers world." Post pics of my recent projects, patterns, and hopefully meet some wonderful people out there who enjoy the art of Crochet like I do. Until my next post......
